The presence of Windows 7 Release Candidate (RC) appeared to be not only good news for Windows lovers, cracker also held with joy.

In the official Microsoft site Williams said, “In the last few days, we see the illegal distribution of Windows 7 RC. This is a trick designed to trap users with malware.”

RC1 version is likely the last before the final version was launched. Windows 7 will be the successor of Vista for this reap many complaints from users.

Windows 7 has been touted in the anti-piracy technology to prevent illegal distribution of the operating system. Later the pop-up box will give a warning when illegal software copies detected in the computer.

During this time Microsoft is stifling the reign of software piracy. According to them, the world economy experiencing losses over U.S. $ 45 billion per year due to piracy.

Microsoft’s research also revealed that 1 / 3 of the customer company in the world use pirated Windows.

“Many cases where users want to buy genuine software and are confident they have the original software, but the fact they are a victim of software piracy,” Williams explained.
